An exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join the IT team with Officeworks. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will provide administration and support to the Salesforce platform. We are looking for a Techno-functional Salesforce Administrator who can understand development, administration and support of Officeworks Salesforce based B2B Applications.

Key accountabilities:

  • 2+ years hands on Salesforce administrator experience
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Ability to break down a problem and find solutions.
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate the needs of the business into a Salesforce solution.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Hands on experience enabling and delivering solutions in Lighting.
  • Experience with security settings, visual flows, process builder, workflow & validation rules, custom email templates, reports, dashboards.
  • Experience with data management including bulk data extraction, manipulation and upload.
  • Additional Desirable Skills
  • Retail experience is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Liaise directly with Business users to understand, analyse and resolve support related requests and incidents.   
  • End to end ownership of support related requests and incidents including UAT coordination and change implementation activities.
  • Maintain application related support and knowledge documentation as required.
  • Perform all ongoing system administration functions.
  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, developers, testers and a variety of IT and business stakeholders.
  • Keeping up to date with Salesforce releases and new functionality.
  • Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines.
  • Accurate time management and reporting of own work.
  • Quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables.
  • Ability to work on multiple applications/ projects/ BAU enhancement simultaneously and must have a “can do” attitude.
