Synergy Group has a large Government Client that is seeking 2 x Senior Windows Server Administrators.
These are long Term contract opportunities. Initial Contract is 1 year with 2 x 1 year Extension options possible.
Position Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise and extensive Wintel experience in administering and supporting Microsoft Windows Server based enterprise environments (2008, 2012 etc.) in geographically dispersed organisations.
- High-level experience in 2nd and 3rd level technical support of Windows Server environments including active directory, group policy, account management.
- High developed troubleshooting capability with the ability to work independently and in small teams with limited oversight and tight time frames.
- Highly Desired PowerShell scripting with a focus on automating windows server administration tasks
- Experience in the administration of enterprise mobile device management (MDM) systems like MobileIron, Good or Blackberry.
- Experience administering virtualized server infrastructure like VMWare and\or Nutanix.
- Desirable Experience in Administration and support experience across all Microsoft enterprise products (e.g. SQL Server, SharePoint, Exchange, CRM).
- Desired Experience administering, maintaining and supporting cloud services and infrastructure like Microsoft Azure, AWS etc.
