This is a golden opportunity to join this leading insurance firm at an amazing time of change and growth and currently in the midst of an enterprise wide transformation.
With an emphasis on innovation you will be responsible for facilitating the design and delivery of IT strategy, as well as providing technical and business understanding needed to develop and deliver successful creative and industry leading projects and technology solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement to IT workflows, through innovation, automation and process
- Provide consulting services to develop and execute business ideas and strategies
- Provide Business and IT advice Design, deliver and manage innovation projects
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, provide leadership of change
- Design, develop and maintain DevOps and Innovation principles and strategy
- Improve user experience through tools, technologies, trust and people
To be considered for this amazing role, you will need:
- IT strategy development and execution experience
- Proven experience in a solution design and innovation capacity
- Understanding of DevOps, Agile, Design Thinking and Lean methodologies
- Knowledge of current digitisation and automation technology trends
- Ability to interpret complex subjects and foster collaborative approaches to problem solving
- Strong interpersonal skills
