We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Retail division on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is based at our Sydney Head Office and reports directly into the Business Solutions Manager, Retail. As the Business Analyst your role will be to define, enhance, simplify and document business processes and requirements across Mirvac’s Salesforce platform (Infinity) and other identified core business systems. You will be a key point of contact into the prioritisation process and delivery of platform and systems enhancements that will ensure we provide an exceptional User and Customer experience that achieve agreed business outcomes.

Other duties will include but not be limited to:

• Working closely with the platform trainer and management, identify opportunities to improve and simplify Mirvac’s current business processes across Mirvac’s Salesforce platform and other core systems.
  
• Document business requirements (including User stories and processes) for prioritised enhancement requests across Mirvac Salesforce platform and other core systems.
  
• Have input into the prioritisation process of system enhancement requests to ensure that the high value enhancements that are in line with Mirvac’s strategic objectives are implemented in a timely fashion.
  
• Work closely with the technology team to deliver enhancements across the Salesforce platform and other core systems.
  
• Support the platform trainer in defining and identifying revised training needs due to process changes and/or system enhancements.
  
• Work closely with management to ensure the effective embedding of future-state processes.
  
• Define and document data flows within and between platforms/systems.
  
• Identify data quality issues and work with relevant staff to rectify when necessary.
  
• Have input into the “roadmap” for Mirvac’s Salesforce platform and other identified core systems.
  
• Where necessary carry out cost/benefit analysis for major improvement/enhancement initiatives.
  
• Log enhancement requests into Mirvac’s enhancement register.
  

To be considered for this opportunity you will need:

• 5+ years in a Business Analyst role or similar.
  
• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  
• Strong analytical skills.
  
• Demonstrated experience in enhancing and simplifying business processes across enterprise platforms.
  
• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume, high pressure role with conflicting priorities.
  
• High level of general IT proficiency.
  
• Relationship and stakeholder management skills and experience
  
• Exceptional communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
  
• Willingness to learn and provide an innovative approach.
  
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
