We’re on the look out for a Project Officer / Business Analyst in this Full Time 6-Month Contract role.

The Impact You Could Make

Reporting directly to the ICT Services Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, design and process mapping, as well as all documentation and implementation associated with new business solutions.

Additionally, identifying process improvements associated with projects and a wider Business Process Improvement program to support our strategic and operational plans.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing an in depth understanding of all business unit systems and associated processes within the organisation and identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Creating business and functional requirements for process improvements and new systems including business rules, processes and workflows.
  • Managing project implementation and delivery with a focus on risk and change management, quality and timeliness.
  • Driving continuous improvement of our Business Process Management tool Promapp, as our key administrator.
  • Maintaining knowledge of current legislation, contemporary industry practice and the associated policies and procedures of roles within the organisation.

 

You Will Thrive in This Role If You

To be successful in this role, you will have over 3 years’ experience within business analysis/process improvement as well as coordinating projects.

You are an adaptable self-starter who is able to manage risk and ensure the quality and accuracy for all solutions implemented. An effective change manager, you will use your proven leadership ability to engage with stakeholders and take them on the change journey.

You will lead by example, consistently demonstrating an outstanding customer and results-focused approach. Utilising your well-developed project coordination skills, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management and will have the ability to gather clear business requirements in complex operational environments.

Previous experience in, or knowledge of the private health insurance industry will be highly regarded, along with experience in Promapp, HAMBS or e5 applications.
