The Primary objective for the Business Analyst will be to:
- Assist with the development, pilot and implementation of process design improvements
-Support the Projects Team by:
- Supporting workshops
- Documenting processes
- Analysing data
- Documentation of procedures
- Liaise with different organisational teams to gain agreement on deliverables and approach
- Development of impact assessments, plan for process requirements, running improvement workshops and implementation of process changes within the impacted business.
The successful candidate will possess:
- 5+ years Business Analyst experience
-Comprehensive stakeholder management
- Strong documentation skills
- Experience working on projects in a strong Agile Environment
- Proven experience in gathering requirements including facilitating workshops and documenting requirements.
- Experience and understanding of business improvement methodologies (such as Lean Six Sigma)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as creativity and the ability to work with abstract concepts.
