About the role
Help us innovate to meet the challenges of our growing cities by
- Securely operate, maintain, monitor and manage identity and access services on a day to day basis to ensure effective and efficient service delivery and solutions ensuring Sydney Water’s digital resilience.
- Work with external service providers to operate and implement the day to day maintenance and monitoring of all identity and access systems and services, informing the functional lead of any risks, issues and performance impacts.
- You will also be responsible to deliver information and maintain identity and access service reports and processes.
About you
- Tertiary degree qualification in IT, Computer Science or equivalent industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology
- Technical expertise in complex Active Directory environments, ADFS and PKI
- Technical experience is Microsoft Identity Manager or Forefront Identity Manager
- Technical knowledge in SAML authentication and other single-sign-on technologies
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility, team focus and dedication to customer service
- Ability to communicate complex technical problems effectively
- Ability to problem solve difficult issues and come to a technical solution that meets business needs
- Demonstrated people collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver, implement and operate new technology solutions.

- Question 5: Do you have working knowledge of PKI, SAML and SSO technologies?
