Demand on our services has created an opportunity for a Worksite Specialist to join the Information Technology team on a fixed term 6-month contract. This is a unique opportunity to join a team that presents exciting potential for career advancement and significant development opportunities.  

The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows:

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of the SEP initiative’s Worksite document management system solution for Australia and implementation aspects for project delivery
  • Evangelise and promote document security principles and policies to IT and business audiences
  • Gather business requirements and act as primary conduit for business communications in the region
  • Provide appropriate input to vendor meetings
  • Establish a network of stakeholders with appropriate levels of involvement, communication and awareness

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a legal environment is preferred or experience in a professional services environment
  • Expert knowledge of iManage client/server side products and associated technologies
  • Prior experience working with geographically (globally) distributed teams and matrixed relationships
  • An ability to identify and leverage expertise within other parts of the organisation to accelerate good decision making and obstacle removal
  • Strong understanding of security architecture
  • Ability to work in a project environment with aggressive deadlines
  • Strong client liaison skills including workshop planning, delivery and documentation
