About the Role:
The ideal candidate would bring a lot of energy and come with extensive Business Analyst experience working in Agile environments from a insurance background.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Outstanding communicator, both written and verbal; positive and energetic with initiative to go and speak to people rather than negotiate through a trail of emails.
- Working in an Agile environment.
- Someone who can hit the ground running - fast learner, excellent at eliciting requirements and determining benefits and risks associated with them.
- Documentation - not just standard project docs but in follow up to meetings and discussions.
- Attention to detail.
- Proactive, takes initiative and can work independent.
- Ability to work across multiple tasks and phases at any one time.
- Stakeholder engagement across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engagement and consultation with stakeholders - Internal and external.
- Elicitation, Analysis and documentation of business needs requirements and business rules.
- Design of business processes and structures, as-is and to-be.
- Drafting of emails, documentation, presentation, diagrams, flow charts, process mapping, JIRA records and functional specification documents, etc.
- Organising and running of requirements sessions, and stakeholder meetings and provide guidance through to required outputs (e.g. acceptance or approval of wireframes or requirements).
- Presenting to stakeholder groups.
- Contribute to the development of acceptance criteria and specifications.
- Liaison with project team members (specifically developers and testers), to provide insight, guidance or follow up for user stories, requirements, business rules etc.
