Senior Data Analyst

• Various positions available
• 12 month contract
• APS5, APS6 and EL1 levels available

Your new role:

• Deliver advice and outputs operating at the interface between data analysis, data mining and efficient computational processes
• Creative problem solving
• Translate complex statistical ideas into digestible information for non-technical audiences
• Deliver high quality and timely data and analysis targeted to the needs of a broad range of stakeholders

Ideally, you will have:

• Data analysis and visualisation using Excel, SAS and/or R to support decision making
• Communicates clearly and influentially with team members and stakeholders
• High level of judgment, common sense and integrity
• Understand and describe data quality from a user perspective

Not essential, but desirable:

• Proven ability to implement machine-learning, web content scraping and/or natural language processing techniques for statistical analysis
• Metadata authoring and management
• Database development, design and management
