Talent International is currently seeking a Project Coordinator on a 12-month contract based in Canberra City. This role is suited for someone who has approximately 5 years' experience in Project Coordination and is now looking for a break into a Project Management role.

This role will be accountable for providing highly effective, efficient and proactive support to the Project Manager and the Project Team. The Project Support Officer will regularly liaise with internal members of the organisation, including senior management, to ensure project administrative requirements are on track and the team is moving forward in accordance with the schedule and day to day activities.
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting directly to the Project Manager for day to day duties
• Maintain and update crucial project documents to track project status
• Oversee and maintain adherence to the document management system by the Project Team members
• Monitor the project schedule reporting any potential delays and issues to the Project Manager early
• Help to identify risks and issues for the Project and track relevant registers via Project Online
• Provide support during relevant project meetings by taking and completing minutes, sending out pre-reading material, completing the required set-up or refreshment requirements and following up on key actions as needed
• Ensure the project management system Project Online is effectively administered, kept up to date and accurately captures the status of the project at any point in time
