This large Insurer is embarking on a major transformation, with significant investment to uplift the Data and Decisioning capability.

Take primary responsibility for the design and implementation of the new Data Hub. You will be working with a wide variety of business functions and technology teams.

As part of this role, you will be expected to fullfil the following duties:

• Design and implement the new Data Hub
• Stakeholder management, ensure the design meets long term needs.
• Translate business and strategic priorities into a Data Strategy
• Create BRD, FRD and source to target mapping
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise in the Data / Hadoop domain
• Extensive experience in defining the information architecture

To be successful for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Have at least one big data implementation under your belt
• A MINIMUM of 10 years data experience
• Large site /Financial Services experience
• Energy combined with a love of data
