Contract role with the State Government for an IT Systems Trainer reponsible to provide IT systems training services across the ICT program and related projects.
Working closely with the ICT Training Project Lead, the role will collaborate with business process owners and representatives, project team members and staff to ensure an integrated training approach is implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the training team within the program and report on program activities
- Conduct IT system training needs analyses, develop training strategies and plans for the Serious Offender Reform Program
- Consult to and advise project teams and stakeholders regarding training strategies for impacted IT systems
- Design and develop training programs for face-to-face and online delivery methods
- Develop storyboards of eLearning content and develop eLearning modules adhering to CVIT standards and processes
- Develop and distribute appropriate courseware (such as user manuals, guides, flyers)
- Promote availability of training options and courseware for impacted IT systems
- Design, prepare and execute quality assurance review, pilot and approval processes for eLearning modules, classroom training sessions and courseware
- Ensure training solutions are sustainable, fully implemented and integrated into business operating processes.
To be successful in this role you must have the below skillset:
- Experience in all aspects of eLearning program development, instructional design, development of eLearn modules (ideally using Adobe Captivate8), review, pilot and implementation processes.
- A highly organised, detail oriented approach, commitment to continuous improvement, openness to new ideas and creative approaches to problem solving.
- Ability to engage operational, technical and project stakeholders to deliver desired outcomes.
