About the Company
Large corporate that is investing heavily across all streams of its expanding business. This growth is underpinned by significant investment in project and program portfolios and by a high-performing business change function.
About the Role
There is a requirement for a highly capable change professional to come in and focus on an existing portfolio of digital project work and provide end-to-end change delivery. Once this work is complete there is a large business program that you will take ownership of, from a change perspective. We are looking for an engaging and pragmatic professional, who is focused on strategic engagement with the business, to ultimately improve delivery outcomes.
This is a highly visible role designed to set the organisation up for success by implementing a holistic, change-centric mentality that will enable the business to achieve their outcomes. As a result, you will need to have been a strong practitioner in your own right and be able to demonstrate increases in project success, along with a solid approach to mentoring and working with a wide variety of stakeholders.
You will be interfacing with the business executive and will therefore need to have a level of gravitas and commercial acumen to be a success in this role.
Skills & Experience
- Solid change management expertise and the ability to deliver on tactical and strategic projects;
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with executives; and
- A highly pragmatic approach is required, we are not seeking a theorist.
