You’ll have the following impact on our company:

• Your goal will be to ensure that each of our products past and future achieve product-market fit and delight our customers.

• You’ll build and lead an amazing product team.

• You’ll establish a regular schedule of customer interviews for product discovery, user testing, and value testing.

• You’ll create a process for communicating the challenges our customers face to the product development team in a way that best allows each member to understand and empathise with the user.

• You’ll drive ideation with our engineers, designers and internal experts to find valuable and feasible new features and products.

• You’ll work closely with our engineers and designers to test prototypes, run experiments, and iterate on feedback from reference customers.

• You’ll become an expert in patient engagement, and the impact software can have on health outcomes in primary care. You’ll evangelise internally to make sure everyone can explain how our products create value.

Requirements

• Good, ethical person.

• Track record of successfully iterating to achieve product-market fit for a product that had material impact.

• Experience making difficult prioritisation tradeoffs. Saying ‘no’.

• Experience coordinating product ideation, discovery and customer feedback.

• Experience building and managing teams.

• Ability to build strong relationships with all departments of the organisation, and proactively communicate with stakeholders.

• Technical experience: a CS education, time as a professional developer, or learnt to code to some level as an extracurricular or hobby.

• Knowledge and experience of modern product development and product management best practices.

• Experience working with a product development team of software engineers, and UX and UI designers.
