Permanent role for a Test Manager looking to enhance a companies testing environment

This company has a reputable history of being a great work environment, and they are looking for their new Test Manager.

Your new role
This role will be a highly involved role for an experienced Test Manager, where you will have the opportunity to lead a team as well as implement Test Plans, Test Strategies and develop Test environments. This role has primary responsibility for the delivery of quality application outcomes and test advocacy across the company. You will work with Test Analysts and SME’s / key stakeholders and be responsible for the governance and management of the Test Management framework which will support the delivery of ICT projects and system maintenance activities.

What you'll need to succeed
To be suitable you must display the following:

• Demonstrated experience developing and implement test plans and strategies
• Experience in managing or leading a testing team
• Excellent communication skills to deal with SME's and stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in improving systems and processes
• Any qualifications or certificates in Test Management are desirable
