We are currently looking for a customer focused, passionate Project Manager to join our Venue Management Solutions team. You will be responsible for managing multiple upgrade and installation projects, ensuring that they are efficiently managed through to completion within budget and established timeframes.
What you'll do
- Develop detailed project plans and implement as documented.
- Monitor financial aspects to ensure that projects are delivered on or under budget.
- Manage client needs and expectations throughout the cycle of a project.
- Monitor current projects and provide regular status reports, maintaining the issues log.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that the Business Operations Manager is informed of project issues that will affect completion dates.
- Negotiate with third party integrators for the completion of relevant work within specified timeframes and budgets.
What we're looking for
- Formal qualifications in project management.
- Formal IT qualifications would be highly desirable.
- Strong customer focus
- Considerable hands-on experience in managing and administering. projects of varying size and complexity.
- Ability to write procedures and guidelines.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project.
- Ability to overcome obstacles and take a “hands-on” approach to ensure deliverables are met.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
