Job Description

The Senior Digital Project Manager (SPM) works closely with the Clients Interactive Producers to implement campaigns in Australia and New Zealand. The SPM is expected to lead and manage digital projects while bringing together a multi-disciplinary team comprising of internal and external resources as required. He/she needs to provide an optimum interactive solution for the client that answers the brief within all the necessary specified style and technical guidelines. 

He/she will work closely with Front-End Developers, Production Designers and QA Engineers on a day-to-day basis and will also need to engage with other cross-functional teams of project managers to ensure work is delivered on time, on quality and within budget.

Must be able to travel as required, sometimes for several weeks at a time. Due to travel requirements of the role, candidates MUST be Australian citizens or US citizens with full Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years solid Project Management experience in a similar capacity
• Very high competence in project management software such as Microsoft Project and Omniplan
• Extensive experience in costing, quotations and project scope definition
• Analytical and detailed in project documentation, accountability and tracking
• Understanding of brands and brand challenges
• The ability to function productively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• High level of IT literacy, including use of spreadsheets
• Highly organised, detail oriented, customer focused, and proactive
• Must be Australian or US citizen with Australian working rights

Possess technical understanding of mobile and web technologies necessary to run projects and convey details. Examples would be:

• iOS and Android development
• Cloud computing
• HTML5/CSS/Javascript
• eCommerce/Shopping Carts
• Social Media Strategies/Platforms

Familiarity with creative production and development tools is always an advantage. Such software includes Adobe Creative Suite, BBEdit, SVN, Github, Esclipse, DreamWeaver, Final Cut Pro and others. In addition, familiarity with mobile and web platforms and ecosystems would also be advantageous.
