About the role:

An opportunity has arisen for a talented and passionate Business Analyst to join our business within a high growth phase. Reporting to the General Manager – ICT you will be managing the ongoing administration of Information Systems within the business to maximise efficiency.

Our team is collaborative, diverse, hard-working and committed to enhancing the applications for the end users.

Key responsibilities of the role are:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for the creation of new solutions, enhancements and features;
• Gather and analyse business requirements for change requests and new initiatives;
• Ensure impacts of technical systems and business processes are documented and stakeholders are engaged;
• Be an expert on our data, processes and business methodologies;
• Analyse requirements from individuals within the business and provide solutions;
• Administration of Business systems and development of processes for change request

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A minimum of 5 years in industry experience required.
• Strong ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point.
• Experienced in developing business process maps
• Excellent capability to understand and document business requirements.
• Able to work autonomously and is self-motivated as well as work within a team.

The successful candidate must have a current National Police Clearance that is no older than 3 months.
