Exciting opportunity to join a large team to help with the implementation, support and engineering services.

Provide support and conduct health checks on Commvault console
Checking SLA's, license utilisation, and back-up failures
Check and then work with the team to help resolve infrastructure issues, including Storage and virtualisation technologies
Assist the team in performing regular health checks and fixing back-up failures (esp. VM faults)

Skills that are needed

Experience working in a simialr environment solving storage issues
Extensice knowledge of Commvault
Great time management and communication skills
