The Quantum CRM Business Analyst will define and deliver user stories and requirements in the implementation of an end to end integrated CRM capability.  

You will have significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst on CRM projects, ideally within a sales focused financial services organisation with external distribution partners. Experience required with enterprise CRM solutions (eg. Pega, Salesforce, Oracle/Siebel, MS Dynamics). You will have worked in enterprise environments on large scale projects. Ideally, you will have assisted with CRM consolidation, implementation or integration projects. Previous experience in technology projects within an agile environment is essential.

Main Accountabilities / Tasks:
  • Effective translation of business needs into functional requirements for a CRM system
  • Develop high quality deliverables from identifying and defining process flows to developing user stories.
  • Identifying high level functionalities and evaluating vendor solution options
  • Enthusiasm, confidence and a propensity to speak out, challenge and advise in the best practice development of CRM based business solutions and processes.
  • Analyse, map and document business processes using best practice and pragmatism to meet the business need.
  • Working closely with the business to solicit/or define requirements, user stories and specifications on the application.
