Interface Recruitment is a full service; Melbourne based specialist recruitment agency and Microsoft Partner. We specialise in contract and permanent placement of I.T. Professionals, from Graduate Programmer to Senior Program Manager.

Our clients are by far amongst the most recognisable names in Victoria. Due to new Project initiatives more skilled / specialist employees are needed for the extra Project initiatives and workload expected. These Projects range from BAU to Cloud Uplift / O365 initiatives. 

We are looking for bright positive, energetic and reliable professionals to provide full time (contract) Project Administration, Project Analysis, Project BA and Support roles.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Providing administrative support to the Project Services Team including PMO staff, Project Managers and Stream Leads
  • Preparing purchase orders / ordering supplies within IT Budgeted Vendor Products
  • Routine and ad-hoc invoicing from Vendors
  • Preparing letters & spreadsheets / assist with Project documents
  • Time sheet administration and Payment (reconciliation) for the Team
  • Help ensure the Project office runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Other Project administration duties as required

 

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience with Payments and Financial Systems
  • Knowledge of Purchasing / GL / AR / AP and Software Modules
  • Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Organisational skills, very strong communication skills
  • Ability to deal confidently with Stakeholder, Suppliers and Vendors
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Enjoy working independently and in a Team environment
  • Certificate 3 Business Admin, Project Certification or equivalent experience preferred
  • Relevant Project Office experience is required for this role
  • Excellent customer service
  • Be a self-starter and self-managed

Contract range negotiable based on experience.

Australian Citizenship and Application for Security Clearance will be needed due to some 3rd party government / client Projects.

Tertiary qualifications in Computing, Information Technology and significant industry experience would be beneficial.

We expect candidates with excellent verbal and written skills will be suitable for these roles.
