- Ideally, a native Japanese speaker
- Open to recent IT University Graduates
Key responsibilities of your new role include:
- Ensure Service Desk maintains a high standard of customer service
- Provide 1st level support
- Communicate with customers and clients based in Japan as well as Australia
- Administer routine administration functions and provide reporting as required
- Identifying and utilising internal sources to assist in the resolution of logged issues
- Provide technical advisory service to internal and external customers and staff
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology
- Must be fluent in Japanese
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of Windows, Exchange, Active Directory
