We currently have three exciting opportunities available for motivated and analytically minded individuals to join our Supplier Enablement team at our Mulgrave office.
Reporting to the Manager - Customer Support & Supplier Enablement, you will be responsible for working directly with suppliers to assist them to onboard their product data into our National Product Catalogue (NPC) platform so that the data can be shared with and used by key Australian retailers.
You will work closely with each supplier, assisting them to get their product data 'ready' for uploading by ensuring that the data being loaded is accurate and meets the business rules of recipients. This is a permanent position in a close-knit and supportive team, and the hours of work are Monday to Friday; 9 am to 5 pm with a 1-hour lunch.
Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting suppliers via phone and email.
- Providing information to suppliers on how to commence loading their data onto the NPC and how to understand the field, pricing structure, and dataset.
- Training and educating supplier on the use of NPC.
- Validating supplier product data.
- Carrying out manual visual checks on data.
- Adding and publishing prices; &
- Carrying out data quality checks.

- High-level customer service and rapport building skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills and proficient in the use of the MS office suite.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and proactive in your approach.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Well developed analytical skills.
- Capable of working with multiple systems simultaneously.
