The Opportunity
The Product Lead is responsible for the product solution functionally; they are accountable for the solution meeting the business objectives identified through engagement with customer and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champions Agile Scrum and Kanban approaches
- Identify business objectives through customer needs analysis and liaising with stakeholders
- Guide product development with a focus on customer value and strategic fit
- Work with overseas teams to manage functional requirements
- Collaborate with UX/UI team in order to define product experience and interfaces
- Ensure the product comes together technically and functionally as a whole as defined by the roadmap
- Deliver outcomes and drive the evolution of the product through ideation, validation, development and enhancement
You will have:
- Significant experience in software product development
- Solid understanding of the agile SDLC
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with good attention to detail
- Well-developed communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade, build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
You will have the skills to:
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Enable a development team to succeed in the timely delivery of high quality software
- Develop trust-based relationships with stakeholders
- Have genuine interest in enhancing the maturity of the product
Highly Desired:
- Experience in SaaS/Enterprise/Cloud based products
- Exposure to Mining environments and Fleet Management Systems
- Knowledge in JIRA and Confluence
- Familiarity with SQL and Mongo databases
