My client is seeking to engage the resources of a ServiceNow Architect with a high level of expertise.

About the work
You will be working in a multi-disciplinary applications development team across multiple projects incorporating ServiceNow.

The ServiceNow Architect will focus on exploiting the ServiceNow platform to deliver business value on a timely basis via platform configuration, and designing business solutions that are scalable and sustainable.
As part of a delivery focused project team the ServiceNow Architect will work closely with a range of internal technical, security and business SMEs and vendors to deliver a design that meets business needs aligned to enterprise architecture.
The role will require strong stakeholder engagement, change management and communication skills.
 
Baseline however NV1 or above will be preferred.
 
Essential skills and experience
  • Significant demonstrated ServiceNow product-related knowledge and experience.
  • Significant demonstrated experience as a solutions architect operating in software projects based upon ServiceNow.
  • Proven ability to provide thought leadership and developing designs and plans to guide software projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Experience in working in Agile, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to align technology solutions to business strategy.
  • Formal qualifications in software development.
