As an organisation who is a trusted business partner to some of the most prominent companies in Australia, this position affords you the opportunity to leverage your extensive Agile experience to create solutions and deliver projects that add value to our clients using Agile methodology.
As an Agile expert within this business, you will work with leading firms in the banking sector on Transformation projects to imbed Agile methodologies in their operations.
You will be responsible for:
Project delivery and delivering project outcomes in agreed timeline
End to end project management and working on transformation projects in designing and implementing agile adoption strategy
Proactively guide teams through the Agile journey, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement
If you are an Agile expert with a strong project management record of working within the banking sector in Australia this is a unique role that empowers you to foster, educate and implement strategic Agile methodologies across leading financial services firms.
To succeed in this role you must exhibit the following skills and attributes:
Prior experience as a Scrum Master within the banking sector in Australia
Proven expertise in transitioning teams from a waterfall to agile environment
Proficient in relevant programming languages to guide team of developers
Outstanding communication and influencing skills
