We’re seeking someone who is passionate about customer service and technology to join the IT Service Delivery team. The IT team strives to automate and streamline core business processes and ensures systems and infrastructure is appropriate for flexible business growth and change.

Your opportunity

You’ll be a first port of call for supporting our staff across the business needing assistance with IT. This is a fast-paced, busy and varied role within a team of 3, where day to day you’ll respond to user calls and assist in resolving issues using the ITIL methodology. Throughout the span of the call, you’ll identify the user’s issue, explain technical information to the user, and take the steps to resolve. Where required, you’ll also escalate unresolved issues to our wider IT division for specialised assistance. In addition to this, you’ll also add value by identifying common or repetitive issues, and develop proactive solutions.

We’re offering the position on a permanent basis, which will work on a fortnightly rotating roster. Our roster runs between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, and will be for an 8 hour day (full-time hours).

This is an excellent role for an IT superstar, who is early in their career, and wants to work in an organisation with a strong focus on culture and diversity, that will also provide support for long term career development opportunities.
