About The Role:

As the State Manager of FTTX , you will be  responsible for the management of the day to day operations, supervision and leadership of the technical workforce.

You will be accountable for meeting and exceeding Client Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s).

About You:

You will utilize your strong people skills to lead and engage a team of Field Supervisors, developing and bonding your team and building trust.

You will have the passion and drive to motivate your team to meet and exceed Client Service Agreement and Key Performance Indicators.

You are a true professional with excellent communication and client relationship skills however you can also apply your analytical ability to understanding data and performance and put plans into place to achieve great results.

About Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the day to day operations of the technical workforce (contractors, employees, clients, internal and external stakeholders)
  • Manage the technical workforce to meet client resourcing requirements
  • Meet and exceed client Service Level Agreement’s and Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensure the technical workforce is fully trained and compliant with client and business requirements and regulations.
  • Identify and provide resolutions to complex technical enquiries and issues.
  • Ensure that the technical workforce meets and exceeds all health safety and environment requirements and regulations.
  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes/procedures in regards to business operations.

About Your Skills and Experience

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience managing a diverse team across multiple location
  • Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written
  • Competency in technical aspects of field operations (desirable not essential)
  • Customer service and drive for continuous improvement
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to appreciate problems; identify, assess and implement solution
  • Enthusiasm and dedication to the role and team
