BTS Technician - Brisbane

Multiple roles open for experienced BTS Technicians based in Brisbane and Sydney. Mobile telecommunications projects kicking off now!

Radio base station technicians required ASAP. Joining our clients close-knit field services team, they have won work on several Telecommunications projects across Australia and are excited to offer a position for experienced BTS Technicians.   

Your role will be focused on installation and commissioning of BTS radio equipment. Applications are now sought to start ASAP. If you're an experienced radio base station technician who doesn't require training, we'd love to hear from you!

About the role:

• BTS builds/installation
• BTS Commissioning
• Testing
• Documentation/handover

To apply you will need the following experience:

• Installation of cabinets, racks, jumpering, rectifiers, RRUs, cabling, alarms
• BTS install/commissioning experience is essential
• Nokia BTS experience is ideal
• Testing software and nodes
• Acceptance documentation
• At least 3 years experience worked on a range of radio and transmission equipment
• OH&S industry card
• Drivers licence 
• RF Awareness certification
• Tower rescue (not essential but highly reguarded)
• Working at heights certificate 

Rigging positions are also open, so if you have at least one year of solid communications rigging with current tickets, we're open to hearing from you.
