Our clients based in Canberra is looking for a highly experienced and committed 20x System Analysts Business Analysts and Data Analyst. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the continued innovation and success of the company.
System and Business Analysts
Required for this role:
· Minimum 5 years Senior Systems Analyst and proven experience in undertaking Systems Analyst duties Weighted Criteria
· Ability to write in a clear and concise manner and to be able to convey information appropriately for a variety of audiences.
· Elicit, structure and prioritise business requirements and express these requirements to stakeholders for acceptance/ approval using consistent textual descriptions, diagrams and graphical displays.
· Facilitate review sessions and workshops (including Joint Analysis and Design (JAD) sessions) with the business area and ICT stakeholders to ensure business requirements are prioritised and presented in an appropriate ICT format back to ICT areas for development.
· Determine the current business process “the AS IS” of a business area and be able to clearly articulate “the AS IS” following either an agile or waterfall methodology.
· To engage and elicit feedback in every part of the development life-cycle following an agile or waterfall methodology.
Business Analysts
The person will have:
· Professional experience as a Business Analyst in gathering business requirements and developing high quality project related documentation.
· The ability to engage with a range of clients, including senior executives, to determine and document business objectives and requirements.
· Experience with Microsoft Visio, or other modeling tools for requirements, BPMN and UML.
