About the Role

We are seeking for a CRM Support Analyst position to join our team based in Melbourne CBD. This is a 3 months contract position.
 

 Skills & Experience

To successfully deliver this project you will need:

  •  Must have experience working in Microsoft/Dynamics CRM .
  •  Technical project implementation experience.
  •  Proven experience in Agile delivery as a Techno-functional Analysts.
  •  Demonstrate extensive experience with documenting business requirements and functional design through user stories, wire frames, screen mock ups, etc.
  •  Ability to create solution prototypes, Requirement gathering and clarification & Deliverable
  •  Perform functional analyst activities related to the project, including facilitation meetings, documenting user stories and grooming product backlog, documenting minutes for sprint planning and sprint review, user stories, wireframes, screen mock ups etc.
  •  Identify and document any application and business process improvements and opportunities & Create solution prototypes.
  •  Level 2/3 support to business support to client.
  •  Incident management, change management & risk management.
  •  Particularly helping the clients existing level 2/3 team uplift their skills
  •  Bug fixing, Knowledge of ADX Studio,SSIS & SSRS experience
