The Role

An opportunity has become available for a Senior Project Officer (Governance and Reporting) to join Gold Coast Health(GCH) where the focus of our 9000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to over 550,000 people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region.

You will

  • Lead all aspects of the Medical Imaging Informatics Solution Secretariat function
  • Develop, maintain, review and disseminate high quality documentation and other relevant information for the committees
  • Plan and coordinate the delivery of projects and work packages, ensuring solutions delivered are responsive to customer needs and sustainable in a healthcare service delivery environment
  • Initiate, influence and maintain relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders 

Requirements for the role

  • Qualification/s Whilst not mandatory, a tertiary degree in a relevant field or a relevant qualification in project, program or change management would be well regarded
  • It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment: as required by HR Policy B1 measles, mumps, rubella, varicella (chicken pox), pertussis (whooping cough) and hepatitis B

 Salary information

  • Temporary full time (12 months with the possibility of extension)
  • A base salary ranging from $3,782.80 - $4,052.10 p.f.
  • Up to 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
