We’re searching for an Environment Coordinator who will be supporting the Environment Manager. They will be contributing to the successful rollout of a Test Environments Management tool, driving selected environment defects, incidents and requests resolution. They will help to support test and development teams with Environments Quality Improvement initiatives adoption.
Your purpose
- Actively contributing to the new Test Environments Management Tool rollout by documenting existing non-production environments assets, configuration and maintaining the CMDB content; driving the assigned deliverables and supporting successful adoption of the solution;
- Tracking and driving the resolution of non-production environmental defects, requests, incidents and pending tasks, both internally as well as with third party vendors;
- Conducting quality assessment of raised change requests, defects, incidents;
- Delivering and maintaining reports on environments stability, availability, issues and utilization.
Your capability
- Minimum 2 years’ experience gained within a large technology environment;
- Structured, attentive to details, process-oriented;
- Pro-active communication skills;
- Excellent documentation skills;
- Demonstrated tolerance for high volume workload and multi-tasking abilities;
- Enthusiasm, works well in team environment;
- The ability to effectively promote and explain the value of Foxtel products and services in every customer interaction;
- Passionate about delivering a better entertainment experience;
- A commitment to customer satisfaction.
