About the Role
The ICT Business Services Coordinator provides a broad range of business and administration support to ensure that the ICT Services Division runs a professional, efficient and effective service. The Business Services Coordinator will be responsible for the management of the procurement, ordering, invoicing, contract and document management for ICT Services Division including the management of mobile phones for the organisation.
The role also includes providing confidential administrative support to the ICT Management team. The incumbent will also review/develop documentation and communicate on behalf of the ICT Management team.
