Fujitsu Australia is currently seeking an experienced Project Leader for a Permanent opportunity based in Sydney. Working on large client projects, you will be assisting in managing multiple small to medium projects in an outsourced customer environment.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage multiple small to medium projects in an outsourced customer environment.
• Understand and clearly identify all customer internal and external stakeholder relationships relating to assigned projects
• Identify and manage both internal and external customer expectations Identify, agree and manage project scope, objectives and deliverables Provide and maintain consistent clear communication of project progress.
• Maintain clear communication and reporting mechanisms across customers and project team. Identify and manage the resolution of all project issues, including effective escalation and communication as required.
• Identify, report and manage all project risks. 
• Produce and maintain accurate up to date project plans at the appropriate levels, covering project schedules, deliverables, P&L, and resourcing.
• Track and report project performance.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience and knowledge in the following:

• Previous hardware deployment experience essential in project team working within professional services environment.
• Experience of working on End User Computing projects would be ideal
• Proven track record in successful project delivery of multi projects across multiple customer accounts.
• Ability to manage projects at multiple levels.
• Ability to identify and communicate both tactical and strategic opportunities.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Proactive, consultative and professional approach

• Good negotiation skills
• Ability to operate, manage and liaise with staff across all levels of management
