The role is initially 2 - 3 months and requires someone with solid TSM skills.

The key responsibilities for the role are:

• Provide 3rd level support for backup products; Symantec NetBackup and/ or IBM TSM
• Provide specialised, escalated support and technical assistance and assist with the monitoring of issue resolution to ensure issues are resolved within a timely manner
• Maintain the integrity and security of supported environments.
• Write, review and update support documentation.
• Liaise with 3rd party vendors, business line managers, for issue escalation and resolution.

Skills / Experience

• + 5 years' experience in TSM
• Solid experience administering TSM backup infrastructure
• TAM for Virtual Environments
• NetBackup appliances
• Tivoli Data Protector for SQL
• Numerous tape library technology
• NetBackup monitoring and reporting, including OpsCentre
