THE ROLE:
Our Solution Consultant position - which can be based in our Sydney or Melbourne office - is an integral part of our team, responsible for the development of the client's solution through needs and requirements analysis and in-depth product demonstrations. This role works closely with our Sales and Consulting teams, across both pre and post-sales environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyse and synthesise market information into business cases inclusive of opportunity sizing, business model definition, and go-to-market strategy
- Clearly articulate the benefits of NetSuite's applications to all levels including line of business managers and "C" level executives
- Develop, present and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the NetSuite application
- Document business processes, business mapping, business requirements and meeting notes
- Understand customer requirements and produce detailed documentation including Statements of Works
- Work with team members to produce accurate estimates
- Encourage organisational learning by facilitating knowledge transfer, mentoring and coaching
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Significant experience selling software solutions through channel partners and resellers
- 7 years+ experience in business development, alliances, strategic account/partner management and/or channels, including structuring and negotiating.
- 5 years+ experience in enterprise software industry and SaaS, NetSuite
- A strong understanding of Accounting Solutions, Business Solutions, ecommerce, ERP or CRM in a sales capacity is essential, as well as the ability to negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close a sale
- Demonstrated experience being able to quickly assess client needs, develop innovative plans to solve their problems and scope the deployment to professional services
