A global leader in consulting services to the finance industry with an excellent reputation for career development as well as successful business outcomes for their clients. 

Based in the Sydney CBD, they are currently looking to hire two(2) Full Stack Java Developers to join their well established and nimble  team. This role will suit someone who has been working as a Full Stack Java Developer , with a solid depth of experience and front end knowledge. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within an Agile project team to design, build and implement business solutions
• Development of high quality, robust software solutions that meet business expectations
• Writing well designed, testable, efficient code, across a broad technical spectrum
• Assist in design and implementation of development environment and tools 
• Preparing and producing releases of software components
• Ensuring designs are in compliance with specifications
• Working collaboratively, across a broad range of solutions
• Always intrigued with new technologies and how they can produce the outcome. 

What would be considered for this role:

• Progressive development experience – preferable in Java 
• Deep knowledge of one or more of the following modern technologies: ES6+, React, Angular, Redux.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills – great communication skills are essential
• A team player, someone who likes learning from their colleagues
• Knowledge of the Agile Development methodology
• Consultative - assured as to the quality of the work that is done and the robust nature of the thinking that is behind the design
• Clinical - the ability produce work in a fast paced, iterative environment; the ability to scope and estimate efforts accurately, prioritize tasks and goals independently
