The Company
My client is a large Mortgage house company who's service helps Australian consumers realise their financial goals. The environment is fast paced and challenging, giving you an opportunity to realise your potential. Whilst technical ability is important, so are personal qualities as they operate within a smaller team and flat structure environment.
The Role
You will be joining a fun, fast paced and expanding global financial services company. My client's large system requires maintenance and support, you must have a positive outlook and a desire to improve not only your own skills but the system as a whole whilst providing support. Financial Industry experience is desirable but they are willing to consider you if you want to get into finance.
Duties
- Documentation management
- Managing customers IT expectations using hihg level communication skills
- Lead a team of support developers and mentor junior teams
- Improve the existing system by road mapping plans of action
Skills
- ASP.NET, MVC, Core, WEBAPI
- NodeJS or ReactJS or AngularJS
- WCF, MS SQL 2014 +
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to explain complex technical concepts effectively
- MVC and MVVM architecture
- C# and .NET Framework
- Comfortable building UI with HTML5, CSS rfameworks like SASS/LESS with focus building mobile first UI
- RESTfulAPI, Webservices and WCF
- Building software using TDD
