About the client:
Our client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions and are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join their business. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a high profile, multiple project stream.
About the role:
This is a long term contract, with scope to extend based on the long-term and strategic nature of the projects. This Change Manager will work across multiple projects, owning Change and Communications Strategy as well as execution in both a hands on and high level capacity. In addition, they will also lead and direct a number of resources within training to maximise uptake and usage standardisation.
About you:
The successful applicant will have experience in the following:
- Operating as a change manager in a multi-project environment.
- The delivery of a wide variety of projects, across both hardware and software.
- Facilitation of workshops to determine change impact assessments, training needs assessments etc.
- Hands on experience in drafting communications to send out to stakeholders
- Influencing stakeholders across white and blue collar sectors
- Experience working in a change capacity within the supply chain or logistics industry.
