We are Axient a leader in electronic document automation and School Power global providers of EdTech software solutions.
The Role
You will be responsible for a wide variety of engineering services. Including customer provisioning and on boarding, platform services and API management, ticket management including break fix support, a range of internal projects and initiatives.
You are great at:
- Customer relationships and communication
- A can do ethos with a passion for learning
- Being self-directed with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Prioritising and planning
What it takes:
- Tertiary qualification from a recognised institution
- Minimum 4 years experience in an engineering role
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Demonstrable experience in:
- Install, support and administer Microsoft Server, Exchange, SQL, HyperV and VMWare environments
- Microsoft Azure and Office365
- Standard web and messaging protocols, including SMTP, FTP, SFTP POP, HTTP and SSL
- XML standards, schemas, SOAP/Web services
- Microsoft Certification in Windows server 2012/R2 MCP or MCSA (desirable)
- ITIL Foundations Certification (desirable)
