User Researcher/Performance Analyst

User Researcher and Performance Analyst with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement
• Researching, advising and enhancing user experience while maintaining the look-and-feel of the Head to Health services
• Support the design principles including safety orientation, cultural sensitivity, consumer choice and helpful positive experience
• Facilitate user-cantered and co-design and user engagement in service design
• Analyse feedback and increase end-user satisfaction and usage

• Ability to lead or facilitate co-design
• Understand the factors that enhance user experience and increase end-user satisfaction and service usage
• Using creative design to enhance the appeal of the services
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Ability to contribute to strategic thinking
• Highly developed stakeholder management skills
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated and focused on delivering quality outcomes
• Ability to participate as part of a broad project team, and take direction and guidance as required to ensure alignment with Departmental and Ministerial positions and sensitivities

Contract Term - Immediate start with contract till 30 June 2019. Extension options pending budget and delegate approval
