You will be a part of the Capacity and Performance team understanding the challenges experiences in the regions in managing a complex schedule and reporting on programme performance.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality network Build schedules in to the region and support the ongoing improvement of processes and systems use.
• Deliver new/enhanced P6 project models which enable NEAD deployment programs to be managed more effectively.
• Engage and work closely with business stakeholders.
• Facilitate schedule/data analysis and key stakeholder requirements.
• Develop model schedule,RACI and underpinning processes.
• Coodinate implementation.
• Deliver training and provide post-implementation support.
• Develop reporting and proactively monitor and analyse schedule data quality to ensure the trends and issues are understood.
• Provide analysis and insight to support scheduling effectiveness and impact assessment of change.
• Make recommendations for improvement.

Skills Required:

• Formal certification in project management,process improvement or change control.
• Experience in service or shared service environment with demonstrated ability to influence and direct stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
• Ability to build new schedules and processe for effective scheduling and forecasting.
• Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Thorough knowledge of project management and scheduling best practices and a service focussed approach.
