An excellent opportunity exists for an HR Systems/Business Analyst with significant SuccessFactors exposure to join the project team of this well-regarded organisation embarking on a SuccessFactors implementation and payroll integration.

Your role will be to work alongside an HR Functional Lead, the Payroll Transition Manager and a Systems Integration Partner to assist with the implementation of a number of SuccessFactors modules and integration with Chris21 payroll.

As the SuccessFactors Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the delivery and support for and SuccessFactors across the organisation.

Your key responsibilities will be to:-
  • Documentation of processes through requirements elicitation and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to assess processes “AS-IS” and foresee a “TO-BE” process with respect to automation and creating efficiencies.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and service providers in producing business requirements and the integration requirements between HRIS and Payroll system and their deployment activities
  • Liaise with internal/external clients and the application users and resolve the technical and functional issues
  • Conduct workshops, presentations and design walkthroughs and keep the team abreast of the latest changes in technology/product
  • Data mapping, data cleansing and data migration support. Contribution to the development of business conversion rules.
  • Assisting in parallel runs, including undertaking end to end testing covering UAT and System integration testing.
  • Transition and cutover
Suitable candidates will have had significant exposure to working with SuccessFactors, in particular Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment & Onboarding and LMS.  You will be an experienced Business Analyst with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
