The Position:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with a passion for driving continuous improvement initiatives. With analytical thinking and strong problem solving skills you will work at identifying opportunities to improve business processes, conduct analysis and prepare solutions and system enhancements. Day-to-day you can expect to be involved in;

• Managing the design and delivery of business improvement projects from conception to implementation
• Analysis of works flows to create processes maps and develop functional specifications
• Identification of cost effective and practical opportunities for business improvement
• Development of test scripts and support for user acceptance testing
• Providing end user support and training to staff across the organisation

Skills & Experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Business Analysis or relevant experience
• Sound knowledge of information system development, testing principles and project methodology
• Ability to identify and understand user and business needs
• Experience in digital transformation projects
• Strong communication and time management skills
