The Program Director role will be Reporting to ieMR CoE Senior Director, this role will ensure the successful implementation of a strategic Information Management (IM) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) enabled clinical change program of work across one or more nominated Hospital and Health Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the successful delivery of the approved ieMR Advanced solution
• Provide advice and guidance to nominated HHS’s on organisational and technical requirements to optimise success within each facility
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide expert advice resolving complex risks and issues within the ieMR rollout program
• Manage and report on program and project level dependencies ensuring all impacts are identified to minimise impact on program timelines.
• Lead the integration and reconciliation of competing demands
• Develop timely and relevant written submissions, briefs, presentations and information papers

 Required Experience: 

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Program Director or simular
• Proven experience Program Director that has working within an Electronic Medical Records or similar
• Proven experience in successfully managing multi-disciplinary project teams
• Prior exposure to project delivery within an Agile environment
• Proven ability to lead business transformation and change activities
• Knowledge of Prince2 Project Management methodology
• Experience working within a government environment will be highly regarded
