Our client is are seeking to engage Senior Business Analyst who will play a critical role in deployment of Office 365 & Skype for Business Project.

Core accountabilities:

• Defining business unit requirements and translate these into best practice solution.
• Liaising between Business Units, IT and Information Management to understand document management needs including metadata requirements in alignment with department standards.
• Provide training and support for SharePoint site users and be the first point of contact for Site owners to resolve issues
• Process mapping for document management - including time & motion studies to set baselines & validate the efficiencies obtained from the solution.

Skills & Experience required: 

• Significant experience as a business analyst working on a large system projects using recognised methodologies
• Prior experience working in technology transformation projects such as Implementation of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office365.
• Demonstrated experience in capturing and documenting Current State, Future State Business Processes, Business Requirements Documentation (Functional and Non-Functional) and maintaining Requirements Traceability.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting workshops with Business Stakeholders at different levels in the organisation, with a view to capturing process flows and eliciting requirements.
