About the role

Essential to this Digital Transformation is the newly created position of Enterprise Solutions & Applications Architect to work across the business globally.
Working with IT Leaders, C-Level execs and "local" lines of business Solution Architects around the world, your charter will be to set the enterprise architectural directions with regard to software and applications.
Key responsibilities of the position include:

• Developing and driving the enterprise application roadmap
• Developing and maintaining strategies, standards and processes with regard to Applications Architecture and Information Management
• Collaborating with other "local" Application Architects as well as Infrastructure Technology and Security Architects
• Researching new technologies and emerging trends to ensure best of breed selection and adoption

Skills & experience

• Minimum 10 years in IT, with 5+ years in a similar position
• Extensive experience in multiple application and software domains in large and complex environments
• Passion for new technologies and emerging trends and how they can delivery real business value
• Proven strategic and conceptual thinking
• Leading virtual Software/Application Architectural teams to achieve major enterprise wide IT transformations
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills including c-level engagement and stakeholder management
• Program management in complex matrix mgt environment
• Experience working with leading out of the box solutions from software solution providers including Microsoft, Google, Amazon, etc
