Our client is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager with significant experience in the Medical industry in order to manage an Electronic Medications Management Project (EMM).

Required Skills - Project Management

• Demonstrated track record in delivering transformative Information Communication Technology (ICT) projects in a complex healthcare setting;
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to a wide range of stakeholders;
• Adaptable and flexible with experience in dealing effectively with competing priorities;
• Ability to provide leadership of project resources to engage key staff, stakeholders and vendors to deliver the required ICT enabled business outcomes;
• Demonstrated track record in providing leadership in matters of governance and probity, strategic and business planning, resolving complex risks and issues and the successful delivery of agreed business priorities and objectives;
• Excellent liaison skills in particular the ability to negotiate with people across business areas, functions and organisations to gain agreement to proposals and ideas and clarify work requirements and expectations to achieve high quality outcomes;
• Proven ability to build, manage and lead a high performance multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality, customer focused outcomes;
• Proven ability to effectively support change management to integrate new ICT capabilities with organisational transformation needs.

Required Skills - Electronic Medications Management

• Proven ability to quickly analyse and understand complex health information, business processes and concepts.
• Proven ability to deliver outcomes in electronic medical record, electronic medications management or other clinical information system implementation projects.
